At OlenaCleaning Ltd - our responsibility to provide highly professional and 100% reliable cleaning operative.  We pay great attention to detail in order to exceed your expectations.

Our cleaning operatives have extensive housekeeping experience and will provide references if requested. New cleaners are recruited through a strict selection procedure, which includes:

a) proof of identity

b) proof of address, including bank statements, utility bills, etc.

c) references from their other clients and a personal recommendation from somebody whom we know

d) security checks on the London address and – in some cases – in the country of origin

e) a thorough selection interview.

Once selected, a new cleaner has to attend induction days, where they will work with an employee that is experienced in cleans to our standards.

During the first few days, a supervisor makes visits to the houses where a cleaner is working for a new client. Cleaning professionals also receive monthly briefings and attend our bi-annual training meetings.

Our selection  procedures and the quality of our work ensures clients are confident in entrusting cleaner operatives  to have access to their homes and even to have keys and to work on their own (unless, of course, the client prefers to be at home).
